At Baum Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
